The rule

During the working window you may not go longer than the interval without logging an update. Every further interval of silence is another violation.

Screen monitoring

Requires a live screen share to log an update, and captures a full-screen frame on a random share of entries. The browser shows a sharing indicator the whole time — this cannot be hidden — but which entries are captured is never revealed.
